What do we expect from a translator? We assume that you are an experienced freelance translator, who translates from another language into your mother language. Your professional attitude enables your translation to be substantive and guarded.
We expect a perfect translation from you: a final product. A text which takes into account the target group, and also grammatically and stylistically perfect. A professional attitude also means flexibility and good communication before, during and after the translation, from accessibility to a clear invoice and being available for questions and feedback. You are considered to be a colleague, with which we would like to cooperate pleasantly. And of course we are open for suggestions.
Assignment
At every assignment we will clearly inform you if there are special instructions. Apart from the text and possible reference material, you can also expect an assignment conformation from us. Therefore you know exactly what the commitments are. During the task, information may be asked to remain informed of the progression. This is done to avoid disappointments afterwards. If there are any problems during the translation and you can't find a satisfactory solution, please don't hesitate to contact us. Together we will find a solution, and if necessary we will discuss the problem with our customer.
Feedback
It is also possible that questions may arise during our control. Small changes (proofreading) will be carried out by an independent person, if necessary. In most cases we will contact you to discuss your choice. If there are serious modifications necessary, we will discuss it with you by means of an electronic document comparison.

Our standard is 30 days.
